Passwords Not Synchronizing

I am receiving the following error for all users when trynig to sync passwords:

!!! User:[servername]/[username] - Found W2K only password !!! - incompatible with NT 4.0 & LS - skipping as check for best
!!! User:[username] - Cannot find best password

The sync created the new account correctly although it did not add it to the approrpiate groups - is it supposed to?

What does this mean?

I am running three windows 2003 servers with no domain and simkply trying to keep the users and passwords in sync.

This was realted to the Best Hash Comparions options not being set correctly.

Seems to be in good shape now.
