*Tools which are web based at present do not work on x64 versions of the operating systems. In the case of PRC, Web Reporting, RPM and Roulette, the Win32 and database components can be run on x64 systems but the websites will need to be run from 32bit variants of the operating systems.

Do your products require agents? NO
Will your products function if NetBIOS is disabled? Yes. NetBIOS is not a requirement as SMB can provide the required alternatives and your system will default to SMB if NetBIOS is unavailable.
Can you manage machines not in my domain such as an un-trusted domain or workgroup systems? Yes. This will require the use of pass-thru accounts or configuration of “alternate administrators”, though anything requiring the use of DCOM such as scheduled tasks and WMI will not be able to function with “alternate administrators”.
