How do I get a new key?
Licenses are keyed to a specific machine's name. If you have replaced your hardware and/or OS and the machine still carries the same name, you do not need a new key.
If you are moving the software to a machine with a new name or are renaming your original system, and are still under a support contract please contact your account manager for a replacement key.
To check if you are still eligible for support, please open your tool's HELP | ABOUT dialog and look at the "Support Stops" date.
