Lieberman Software license keys for our management solutions are created for the user based on the NetBIOS name of the machine upon which the user decides to install the tool(s). An easy way to avoid receiving a key that will not function for your installation is to confirm the machine name by opening the HELP | ABOUT dialog from with the tool and noting the computer name here. You may also examine the Device Management dialog of your machine. Make sure to email this name to your sales Account Manager to avoid any inconvenience created by a license key based on an invalid machine name.
