Update May 2008: Roulette is the name formerly used for the tool now known as Enterprise Random Password Manager.

Imagine the problem of having the same account and password being used on services, scheduled tasks, database SA accounts. If you are faced with having to change the password on an account every 30 days or so, how do you find and change all the places where these credentials are referenced.

Enterprise Random Password Manager is the product that can find where accounts are used and change not only the credentials in Active Directory or the local SAM database, but in all of the objects and services that reference that same account.
