Default Can't recover passwords for accounts with a percent (%) sign in their name

Q: Why can't I recover passwords for accounts with a percent (%) sign in their name? For example, my MySQL database has an account named appacct@% and I get errors when trying to recover its password.

A: The problem comes from the improper treatment of certain reserved characters such as the percent (%) sign.

For version 4.81, the fix has been posted to: http://ftp.liebsoft.com/forumkbdownl...PackageFix.zip

    Version 4.82 includes this fix.

    ERPM

To use the page, download the zip file and extract “RecoverAccount.asp”, "Accounts.asp", "AddNewPasswordToStore.asp", "ClientAgentRequests.asp" and "PersonalVault.asp" and place the files into the web files directory for ERPM. By default, this is at c:\inetpub\wwwroot\pwcweb. The DLL, "rouletteweb.dll", should replace the existing "rouletteweb.dll" which is copied into the system path by default, typically "%systemroot%\system32". No further action is required.

To ensure that new website installations performed from the management console include this page automatically, place the extracted ASP files to the "WebInterface" directory under the installation path, typically "C:\Program Files\Lieberman\roulette" on 32bit systems or "C:\Program Files (x86)\lieberman\roulette" on 64bit systems. The DLL should replace the corresponding file in the installation directory.

    RPM

For RPM, download the zip file and extract “AddNewPasswordToStore.asp” and "ClientAgentRequests.asp" and place the files into the web files directory for RPM. By default, this is at C:\inetpub\wwwroot\rpmweb. No further action is required.

To ensure that new website installations performed from the management console include this page automatically, place the extracted ASP file to the "WebInterface" directory under the installation path, typically "C:\Program Files\Lieberman\rpm" on 32bit systems or "C:\Program Files (x86)\lieberman\rpm" on 64bit systems.

This fix is included in version 4.82 of both ERPM and RPM.
