Question Changing Passwords in non-Standard Metabase IIS Locations

To use ERPM to change a password for a non-standard user account in IIS6(not IWAM or IUSER), how is this custom written? We use Metabase Explorer to do this manually and the passwords are shown in plain text.
How is this best done to propagate new passwords to custom accounts in our IIS web sites? What would be the file, if there is one, to use for the search and replace?

    Thanks

Default ERPM can manage this automatically

ERPM 4.80 used the "Cross platforms propagations tab" to define whether it should look for account uses in the IIS metabase. It had limited functionality and effectiveness when attempting to find accounts that were used for anything other than the default website.

Starting in version 4.81 released October of 2009, remaining issues regarding metabase editing have been rectified and all IIS management tasks have been brought into the propagation type called "IIS 6 Metabase Account Info (IUSR/IWAM)" and all IIS 7 functions have been consolidated into "IIS 7 Account Info". These searches also include checking the IIS application pools, directories, and virtual directories as well as the metabase where appropriate.

Other locations such as .Net Config files for IIS 7 also have their own propagation type.

    Hope that helps,
