Problem

Pushing the password recovery website from Windows Vista or higher to a Windows 2000 web server fails.

Cause

Windows 2000 is not a supported host platform for any component of [Enterprise] Random Password Manager.

Resolution

Upgrade the web server to be a Windows 2003 or later operating system.
