Problem
Account Reset Console may have trouble running a scheduled task, accessing one of its data sources, or otherwise simply experience trouble that may not provide feedback in the user interface as to why.
Turn on Logging
Support may require additional logging information from Account Reset Console to help you resolve the problem you are experiencing. To turn on extended logging for Account Reset Console you must add the AppFileLogEnabled string value to the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Lieberman\ARCWeb\Setti ngs\ProgramFeatures- Value name (SZ): AppFileLogEnabled
- Value data: TRUE
Now simply perform the action you attempted to perform earlier which encountered the problem then turn off extended logging.
Caution: Turning on extended logging for Account Reset Console will cause performance to become slower than normal. Extended logging should be turned off once the required information is gathered.
To turn off extended logging, either delete the AppFileLogEnabled key or set the value data to FALSE.
Where to Find the Logs
When logging for Account Reset Console is turned on, it will create two files in the Account Reset Console installation directory (typically C:\Program Files\Arcweb) called:- Arc_log.txt
- Lieb_acl_log.txt
Turning off logging does not delete these files. Once logging is turned off, you may delete these files if you wish.
